Ingredients:
10 pieces medium-sized potato
Softened butter
Iodized salt
Procedure:
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Dry then rub with softened butter.
- Sprinkle with iodized salt. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil then place in a try. Bake at 400ºF for an hour or until tender.
- Cut a cross on top of baked potato and squeeze the bottom to open it up. Serve plain or topped with sauce.
