SALADS
Ingredients:
300grams cabbage shredded
100 grams sliced onions
100grams carrots, cut julienne
100 grams red bell pepper, cut julienne
1 cup pineapple tidbits
½ cup raisins
2 cups mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper to taste
Lettuce and parsley for garnishing
Procedure:
- Combine the cabbage, onions, peppers, pineapple and raisins in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and toss gently to blend.
- Season to taste. Cover and chill.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce and top with parsley.
