Ingredients:
10 pieces pork chop, trimmed
2 tablespoons rosemary
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
1 piece bayleaf, powdered
1 tablespoon crushed peppercorns
½ cup olive oil
Salt to taste
1 cup applesauce
Procedure:
- Sprinkle the pork chops with rosemary, garlic, bayleaf and peppercorn. Arrange on a tray.
- Pour olive oil on the chops. Cover tray with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and marinate overnight inside the refrigerator.
- Drain off the oil. Season the pork chops with salt.
- Pour the oil into a grill or frying pan. Grill or fry the pork chops until cooked.
- Transfer into a platter with applesauce on the side.
