Ingredients:
300grams carrots, thinly sliced crosswise
50grams thinly sliced onion
1 tablespoon butter
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
Chopped parsley
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients except for the parsley. Transfer to a baking dish, cover and bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes. Top with parsley before serving.
